Description

Freelance hacker Quei-Li is given a new job: uncover information from a secret government network about a high-profile corruption case. While she typically avoids jobs as risky as this, her curiosity about the secret network and her belief that the result could bring on positive change to Shiba Island convinced her to accept.

The job leads to Quei-Li bluffing her way into the ARI government as an undercover programmer, and building up a rapport with her coworkers while seeking the information her client needs. The more she digs around, the more secrets Quei-Li discovers, leading her to question her own existence.
